Yes. Most recent iPhones read NFC tags automatically when you tap. No app and no setup needed. Older phones may not, which is exactly why our products also include a QR code as a reliable backup.
They simply scan the QR code with their phone camera instead. Every product has a QR code, so it always works even when NFC is not available.
In most cases, yes. If your product points to a page we host or to a forwarding link, you can ask us to update where it goes without buying a new one. A direct, fixed link printed in the QR cannot be changed after printing.
No. Your keychain or card can open anything you already have: a booking page, social profile, Google review link, or menu. If you do not have a page, we can make a simple one for you.
